How do I place an order?
Browse all our furniture and equipment collections online and send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at +30 210 60 26 019 referring the specific items you are interested in, quantities needed, the event dates, times as well as venue information. Once we check the availability for your event dates, we will then send you our offer with the itemized pricing, transportation and set up costs.
What happens if something is damaged at my event?
If an item is damaged, we will try to repair or clean the item at no charge to the client. However, in case of any losses or extensive damages beyond that, the repair cost will be invoiced and charged to the client.
Can I view your products in your showroom?
Yes. Our showroom is located at 126 Dimosthenous St in Koropi with a rotating selection of our most popular items. Please, contact us at email@example.com or at +30 210 60 26 019 to set up an appointment and see your event on a small scale!
Do you have a printed catalogue?
Since our inventory is constantly updated in order to feature the best collections of the international event scene, we do not maintain a printed catalogue. Our entire rental collection and new entries are posted on our website, with photos and detailed information on each product page.
What if I do not want all the items on delivery? Is there a restocking fee?
There are no refunds offered on items returned due to a change of plans on-site or if items do not fit through the place of the event due to limited space or/and access difficulties. You are solely responsible for making sure the furniture will fit in the event venue as planned.
Can you produce entirely our event?
While we do not offer complete production support services, we can work with you and your event producer to advise on the best choices for your event space. We do encourage looking through our website and selecting items that you prefer in advance so that we can make suggestions based on your aesthetic and theme preferences as well as the venue.
How do I pay?
You can pay with cash (for amounts up to €500), via bank transfer, check, credit card and LivePay.
Do I need to put down a security deposit?
No, a security deposit is not required. The confirmation and the booking of your order will begin upon signature of the offer as well as down payment of 50% immediately followed by payment of 40%, within 15 days prior to the date of the event and, lastly, full payment of remaining 10% upon delivery of the equipment.
How do I take delivery of my order? Do you offer delivery & pickup services?

Can we do our own trucking?
We do not allow to do your own trucking due to excessive damages. However, in some cases and only under advice we allow to do your own trucking with a security deposit to be required which sums depending the rental cost. The deposit is to be refunded after the furniture and/or equipment is returned and, after check, is verified that there are no damages.
Do I need to be at the event location when you deliver or pick up the items?
Yes, the client or representative must be present for both the delivery and pickup of rental items. Clients must provide an onsite contact with cell phone number for the order-this person is responsible for receiving and releasing the items, and signing that all items were received and returned in good condition.
Do you deliver and pick up any day or time during the year?
Yes. We deliver & pick up 24/7, 365 days a year. During holidays and late-night hours surcharges may apply.
Does the trucking cost include set-up onsite?
No, there is a separate charge for trucking and setup/pickup of the equipment. Our team will carry and place the furniture in the indicated event room respectfully to the surroundings as well as, in the end of the event, will pack and carry the furniture along out of the place of the event.
Am I responsible for any furniture assembly?
No, our team is responsible for carrying, placing and assembling our furniture.
